119 Society is supporting us with the important integration of the ‘Human Element’ into our programs. 119 Society is offering several services around the Human Element. One of these services is Human Change Management that is an integrative part of (sustainable) behavioral change; By applying cognitive behavioral practices and techniques, we help individuals, organisations, communities and societies identify the changes that they want to make, and help put the right steps and support systems in place to ensure that the change is sustained.
Founder Adam Butler is utilizing 119 Society bv design thinking, lean startup, storytelling techniques and various other methods, he helps people and organisations to find what is at their core, and how they can connect to like-minded and (more importantly) like-hearted people!
